- Had multiple roles through the job regarding me being a salesman, assistant, and a part in customer service.
- The selling part would be the service the company provides for any client wanting to commit for an international move. The process would be selling the safety and quality of the service so clients could commit to the service given the basic information and so forth.
- Had often follow-ups with many clients to ensure information of their international move was clear and open. Going through this process involved cooperation with colleagues from different positions who would also be in full contact with the clients we would be helping and selling to.
- This would all conclude with a pick up date, and a loading truck arriving at the location to secure the client’s personal items. This would all be taken to a warehouse where it will either be shipped across seas, taken through multiple states or state, or even through an air freight.
- My assistance would be given to the many busy employees in the sales department as well. Whether that would be reaching out to the client firsthand and taking in their information, following up with any updates on ours or their part, or even for a simple check in making sure things are running smoothly all around.
- My assistance has benefited the department in even making a few extra sales mostly every week.
- Numbers of sales would be at a constant rise with each following month, reaching new peaks in comparison from the previous year.
