Jiu-Jitsu

I have been taring and competing in the martial arts of Jiu-Jitsu for 10 years. For me Jiu-Jitsu has fostered growth in many aspects of my life such as mindset a self esteem. I have been a coach assistant for 3 - 8 years at East Los Angeles for the last year. I have been a witness on how the Art has transformed the timid into self confident and the aggressive into gentle empathetic kids. I also credit Jiu-Jitsu for teaching me self discipline and resilience.
