I helped run the bar when the owners weren’t around, handling day-to-day tasks, and keeping things moving smoothly. Created and tested new house drinks that became customer favorites, and helped boost sales. Trained new bartenders on making drinks, customer service basics, and how to use the POS system. Jumped in as a waiter during busy nights to help the team and keep service running quickly. Ordered, stocked, and organized bar and restaurant supplies to make sure we never ran out of essentials. Provided friendly, attentive service to customers while managing high-volume shifts behind the bar. Kept the bar area clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards.

Helped out in the warehouse, loading and unloading fireworks and other supplies. Set up the stand, and kept products stocked and organized throughout the day. Assisted customers with questions, explained different fireworks, and helped them pick what they needed. Handled basic sales and worked with the cashiers during busy times.
