Customer Accounts
- Develope and maintain strong relationships with clients and serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and issues.
- Provide customers loan assistance and curing customers account by intaking funding and applying it correctly to customers loan.
- Use salesforce to manage and input client information towards customer financial profile growth.
- Use integrated programs to maintain customer's account with the likes of salesforce, cass, and excel, but also other CRM programs.
