Scheduling for QA Inspectors for the day for Inspection of Finished Goods manufacturing on each line of product

Verify the product samples collected by Inspectors to confirm the product is in compliance with the Finished Goods Specification,

To enter in Labware system for testing the samples and sent to Analytical and Micro Lab for testing the product.

If the product is in nn conformance to report the matter to higher authorities after conducting AQL Inspection to confirm the product need to be rework or rejected.

Review of all Inspection Report of each product and confirm all datas documented is in accordance with the specification of manufacturing

Issue of Specification Sheet as and when Production is schedule for the particular product

Reporting daily activities to the Supervisor at the end of the shift

Suggestion for improvement of documentation systems to match with the changes in manufacturing process

If required suggestions given to revise the Inspection report forms or draft new forms when reqired

Scheduling staff for the work

Checking menu of each Patients and confirm the supply is in accordance with menu

checking of all temperature setting of all equipments like Refrigerators, Heating Equipments

Verification of the storage temperature to confirm the food items are stored in the desired temperature.

Keeping attendance and performance review of staff.

Preparation of forms and other related annexure for Federal Tax and State Taxes after consultation and interviewing the Clinets

Supervision of all Accounts Assistants' activities of recording daily transactions.

Preparation of Creditors and Debtors List of amount due and amount the owe

Conducting Physical Inventory of stock periodically and valuation of - Raw Materials, Finished Product and stores Items at the end of fiscal year.

Preparation of Final statement of Accounts for Audit by External CPA Auditing Firm for certification.

Filing all required Annual Returns with Federal Authorities like Income Tax, Sales Tax

Attending Tax assessments.

Supervision of Contract Manufacturing of Uniliver Company for repacking their products and completing Quality Inspection Report and Production and Accountably statements periodically for the smooth ongoing of the Contract with Uniliver India Ltd

Preparation of Bills Payable Vouches

Preparation of Sales Invoices

Recording Cash and Bank Transactions

Conducting Inventory and valuation of Stock

Periodical financial statements required to submit to Govt. Authorities

Preparation of Statement of Accounts for Auditing certification by CPA firm
