• I have been directly responsible for leading a team in executing over 100,000 customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This involves planning the distribution of orders from the trailer yard to stockers, ensuring every unit is actively stocked. I efficiently handle inventory in non-standard locations or odd locations track items unloaded but not yet stocked, and resolve lingering inventory to meet strict deadlines. For example, with 11 trailers dwelling beyond the 18-hour threshold at the start of a shift, I located the items, virtually closed each trailer, and resolved the issue independently despite being short-staffed by two people.

Problem Solver

• Ensuring that all products undergo meticulous inspection and review to prevent any damage or defects coming to customers. Additionally, I have personally trained fifteen new problem solvers to follow all standard work practices

Certified PIT Operator

• Trained to operate a PIT vehicle. Primary responsibility is to use this equipment to safely and efficiently pick and retrieve customer orders from storage areas, ensuring that products are specifically selected and prepared for shipment to customers

Donations

• Managed Amazon's donations, coordinating with nonprofits for product contributions. Concentrated on distributing food and beneficial products to nonprofit organizations, ensuring a seamless process
