• Develop and apply leadership skills; learn about transition from high school to college; budgeted over $800 for 3 activities [70 participants each activity];planted over 200 trees to restore native habitat

Cornell Engineering Catalyst Academy

• Socialized with high school students across the country interested in engineering; learned basics in matlab; attended lectures by Cornell Professors; modified code and conducted research in order to solve a scientific issue
