  • I started working as a first-class mechanic in June 2020, I gave scheduled maintenance to the Mixers, Chunkers, Belt conveyors, on
    production days, assisting and troubleshot failures in the different production equipment such as: Bagger, Proofer, Coolers, Oven ,
    Mixer, Overhead Conveyor, equipment in the Area the Sponge, Water Teatment Plant.
    In July 2021 I was promoted to the position of Maintenance Supervisor.
    As Supervisor my tasks are:
    - Generate and assign PM's of all the equipment of the Plant to all available Mechanics
    - Follow up that all PM's are completed and provide spare parts and tools that are needed for all PM's to be completed.
