  • In my current position, I ensure that the Boeing San Antonio site programs maintain compliance by following all tooling procedures as required to meet customer demands. To help achieve this, I conduct frequent audits of site program tool containers, and recommend corrective action. To manage audit deadlines, I track all audit progress by utilizing the EPES system, as well as a Microsoft Excel audit tracker spreadsheet.
  • I am the lead for the San Antonio site AOG tooling program. This entails providing tooling support for offsite customer use and other Boeing sites across the globe. This role requires kitting of multiple tooling items in a warehouse environment, and tracking the movement of materials.
  • As the program coordinator for C-17, I ensure that the program meets tooling requirements by attending daily Tier 3 meetings, and maintain frequent communication with the tool crib, team leads, management and Senior management personnel.
  • To analyze data, I frequently utilize CribMaster software, Vipers, Overhead Request System (ORS) Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • I am familiar with the Boeing property move form, Boeing shipping authorization form, and DD1149 shipping documentation.
  • In this role, I have gained greater experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions.

Accomplishments

I currently serve in the United States Navy Reserve as a Commissioned Officer. I was selected for a Direct Commission as a Supply Corps Officer in October of 2023. My service began in March of 2016. I attended Navy Recruit Training Command, where I completed boot camp as an E-1 seaman recruit. I then completed my initial job training in Pensacola , FL at Naval Air Training Command in June of 2016. I completed a one-year deployment to the middle east from the dates of June 2018 - June 2019. While on deployment I supervised my work center which was Air operations. I held trainings for my department, wrote training material, signed off on qualifications packages, and managed the shop manning schedule for each shift.
