Work History

Commercial Electrician Apprentice

AESI

  • I work on the consumer side of the grid, I have wired 480/208 transformers, I've worked with Current Transformers, pulled wire to Auto Transfer Switches, I am familiar with using test equipment such as a fluke meter for voltage readings and a Megger for insulation value and many more, also wired in backup generators and multiple panels including Main Distribution Panels (MDP) then from MDP to branch panels then from branch panels to branch circuits. I'm sufficient in reading electrical schematics and being a leader on the crew. I'm sufficient with any hand tools, I have been using them my whole career. I'm still an apprentice because I've had family issues come up that has kept me from pursuing my electrical license and the company I work for knows my capability and skill in the job so it hasn't been pushed on me to get it, I've been with them for 18 years and run jobs as an apprentice electrician. I'm a loyal employee and good at what I do.
