- Arranged for any pilots, tugs, line-handlers, and fenders as may be required and requested by the Masters in his pre-arrival communication

- Arranged for any hospitalization, medical consultations and ambulance transportation for any passenger or crew as per Master request
- Coordinated all travel arrangements for sign on and sign off crews including hotel bookings, ground transportation, safeguard service and other travel related services as needed
