manager while working for me when I served as the district manager. His motivation and

During our time together, Joe displayed great talents in leadership and being a go getter. He

also has the ability totally change the culture and the profit margin from an underperforming

team. He likes to bring a fun upbeat attitude to the work place everyday, which makes the

reason all employees loved working for him even with his high expectations. Especially in a

demanding atmosphere of sales, he made it work no matter how outrageous some goals will be.

At the same time he never let the operations side fail, which is a very hard task for most.
