Member of Freeport McMoran's commissioning team on several projects. November 2006-April 2007 : startup of new copper mine in Safford AZ. Loop checks, troubleshooting, over-seeing high voltage terminations and motor controls.
May 2009- October 2009 : startup of new copper mine in Tenke Fungurume located in Democratic Republic of the Congo. Project lead on Acid Plant control system.
April 2012- Current : Have been a project lead on several new projects in Morenci MIne.Plc panel builds, install and wire field instrumentation and motor controls. Write plc programs using Schneider Electric (previous Unity, now Control Xpert. Currently in a 5 year plc and HMI upgrade. Replacing 140 Modicon Quantum PLC's with Schneider Electric M580 PLC's. Also upgrading GE IFIX 6.8 with IFIX 2024.
