Jose Salazar

I am currentley employed by C&W Services In Blair NE. As a Maintenace Mechanic, My responsibilities are to make sure all mechanical equipment is functioning as it it supposed to. If any equimpment starts to fail or breaks, my responsibility is to get it back in working order.

As a supervisor For Valiant Industrial, I was responsible for a large part of the projects. I was in Charge of completing many jobs going on at the same time. I was responsible for 20+ workers. Valiant Industrial focused more on Millwright work. I have been in the millwright industry for 12 years. Four of those years i was in the Ironworkers Union Local 21 In omaha NE. Over the years i have aquired various skills including, Millwright, Structural Welder, Pipe welder, Ironworker, Equipment operator, certified Rigger, Maintence Mechanic. I have Completed My OSHA 10 as well as my OSHA 30.
