As an LP lead I am in charge of making sure everyone in the freezer is safe and the building is safe to work in. I am in charge of reporting any incidents that happen in the freezer such as MHE accident, injuries, broken doors or racks and fallen pallets. I do a report called a pallet mitigation and I have to inspect all the pallets and make sure they are safe to have up in the racks and if not I call for them to be brought down. I also do a whole freezer inspection that contains of making sure all dock doors and lights are working properly. Also make sure none of the emergency exits are blocked . I also keep track of freezer inventory such as FRZ boots, coats, gloves and gator mask. I also take part in a safety meeting every morning to remind EEs of the warehouse rules. I also train all new EEs that start in the safety LP department for dry and freezer.

As an AP associate in the FRZ I was in charge of helping EEs sign out equipment properly, Changing batteries, Keeping equipment clean as well as reporting any and all damages to any MHE. I was also in charge of doing my own safety inspection of the MHE called the daily MHE report.

As a returns EE I Off loaded dunnage from the trailer as they arrived. Documenting and keeping tack of trailers that were off loaded and what they had inside. Communicating with the yard personnel to inform them when the trailers were off loaded and all set to bring to shipping.
