• I perform various stages of production, from receiving incoming deliveries to prepare orders for shipping

As a Digital Printer Operator, I was responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining high-performance digital printing machines to be more specific Roland LEF2-300 UV Printer to produce high-quality printed materials.

My role includes:

• Job Ticket Review: Thoroughly review job tickets to verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications such as size, quantity, color, and material. Confirm all details align with customer requirements before proceeding with production.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on printed materials to verify color accuracy, registration, and image quality, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.
• Machine Setup and Operation: Prepare digital printing equipment by selecting and installing the appropriate settings, inks, toners, daily cleans.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of print jobs, machine maintenance, and supply inventory. Use specialized software to update job status, transitioning projects from the printing department to "Ready for Kitting" status.
