Responsible for ensuring equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair. Performs troubleshooting and repair of all production equipment, including injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, etc. Working with sidel techs, helping with translation and every rebuild or troubleshooting any problem for what they are on-site for. I have been able to troubleshoot a few electrical problems around the plant. Currently enrolled at Bridgerland Tech College earning my automated manufacturing certificate. Experience working with hand and power tools. Physical stamina and problem solving skills.

Maintain the water, air and steam quality to meet parameters and regulations witch include but are not limited to troubleshooting electrical, PLCs, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic machinery.

Applies considerable funcional knowledge to perform a broad of task which includes but not limited to monitoring of production operators and job activities. Verify that all jobs, documentation and safety are in compliance. Troubleshoot and correct machinery problems as they accur. Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues and/or making recommendations. Acts as a subject matter expert in monitoring individual employees performance and assist employees needing additional training.
