  • As part of the biggest telecommunication company in the island of Puerto Rico I assisted the north-west area of the island composed of over 15,000 clients with the Federal AID called Universal Service.
  • Maintained well-developed relationships with customers and fellow employees using strong problem-solving and positive engagement skills.
  • Responsible of validating and approval of clients in the Federal Lifeline program.
  • Data entry and managing accounts of clients in the National Lifeline Accountability Database (NLAD).
  • Managing sensitive clients documents such as Social Security IDs and Birth Certificates.
  • Subject to three different audits, one from the FCC, another from the department of telecommunication of Puerto Rico, and an internal audit performed by the company. Never, not once, and error was found in any of the many processes that I performed.
  • I worked in my office under no direct supervision and all my reports were sent over email to central.
  • After Hurricane Maria struck the island of Puerto Rico we repurpose my office and use it as a command center to assist in the crisis. We deployed and improvised a network, wired with Cat5 cables, setup multiple routers to keep people connected to the internet. We also improvised a station with multiple land lines so people can call their relatives outside the island to let them know they were ok.
