Throughout the years as a General Contractor, In the State of Nebraska, I have learned leadership skills running my business.

Most importantly I have gained a great deal of respect serving in the Fremont community and its surrounding areas such as Omaha, Lincoln, and Valley. For over six years.

As a contractor, I have executed professional outcomes for my clients and team members in all fields. Creating Blue Prints; commercial & residential to obtain building permits. As well as giving advice to clients about their interior/exterior designs. I evaluate the projects by square inches and the cost of material to provide an accurate estimate. I have learned to be dependable and detail-oriented managing multiple tasks and priorities. My broad experience includes office management, accounting, accounts receivable, invoicing, dispatching, database management, vendor negotiations and contract management. I'm recognized for exemplary customer service and team collaboration. I am committed on meeting my client's visions along with my own goals and vision as an entrepreneur with consistent and organized practice. I've learned to work under pressure and adapt to new situations and challenges to best enhance my business brand. My intention is to apply all I have learned as a General Contractor and Maintenance Tech here as well.
