My job consisted of doing concrete pour preparation such as rebar and Post tension inspections, post tension stressing observations, as well as testing the concrete once it came time for the actual pouring of the concrete. Some of my other tasks as a field technician included daily reports of my inspections and occasionally training new incoming technicians.

Ran and managed operations for a Reinforcing steel and Post Tensioning company. Ran multiple jobs at once while directing many employees. Managing all of the office work. Making sure all of my employees had their safety equipment and that everything ran as it should. Bids and proposals for all of the jobs i acquired over the years.

Tasks as a superintendent were to manage all of the foremen making sure they had the necessary equipment and amount of people to get the job done. Something else that i took care of was the hiring process for new people coming in. Also had to communicate with the GC's to make sure all of the jobs i was running were running as they should.

Started off as a laborer and worked my way up to an official Rod Buster Installing rebar and post tension.
