Cycling

I have always been physically active all of my life.

I was more into individual sports, cross country running and competing in High School and later participating in 5K and 10k road races in the area eventually running my first and last marathon in 1989.

After a few years when life began to happen for me, the full time job, marriage, the kids and many extra pounds i realized running and the impact on my joints was not the best thing for me.

And that's when I began cycling, very casually in the beginning and then developing some friendly competition with a local group of riders.

I then began to work in Real Estate and I was no longer able to ride as frequently because of my work schedule being spread out into the evening hours of my day.

Most recently I started cycling again with a different perspective, as an investment in my health and I make the time to put in a few hours on the bike.
