• Elected senior class representative, advocating for student concerns through collaboration with faculty and administration. Lead initiatives to improve campus services, parking, and inclusive dining options. Oversee student committees, organize events, and strengthen student wellbeing by working with peer support networks.

• Working under Associate Professor of Chemistry Max Majireck and Dr. Khanh Ha of the Masonic Medical Research Institute on the project “Synthesis of Fluorescent Probes Targeting Somatostatin Receptor II for In Vivo Macrophage Imaging in Carotid Plaque,” developing a novel NIRF-molecular imaging probe to target macrophages in high-risk atherosclerotic plaques, enhancing detection and personalized treatment strategies to be utilized at the point of care.
• Worked under Max Majireck and Dr. Khanh Ha on the project “CD47-Targeted Nano-Immunotherapy for Treatment of Atherosclerosis,” aiming to identify a new type of drug delivery system that targets the plaques found in atherosclerosis.

Performed research as a summer intern student in the lab working on rare stem cell and circulating tumor cell isolation from blood samples using microfluidic technology in the Haber Lab and Center for Engineering in Medicine and Surgery.

• Shadow leading orthopedic surgeons specializing in joint replacements, sports medicine orthopedic surgery, arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery, as well as robotic-assisted surgery
