Welder fabricator at Tramont LLC 326 E Keefe Ave, Milwaukee WI 53212. I started my employment at Tramont on October 1999 and I am currently still employed here. Here at Tramont, I began as an industrial spray painter, Encloser builder, proceeded to welder, then earned the promotion to welder fabricator. Currently I am tasked with the welding and fabrication of custom fuel tanks and other power systems. The welds are leak proof tested and performed in the flat position, vertical up, and overhead. I collaborate closely with my supervisors over the years to ensure that projects are completed on time and in a safely manner. I have experience with different gages of metal from sheet metal all the way to half inch thick. I like to maintain a clean work area in accordance with safety regulations. I also provided guidance and training to junior welders throughout my years working at Tramont. As of today, I am continuing my education in learning GTAW, better known as TIG welding, which can be used in projects that require crucial welds and heat control. I am currently not proficient, but I will be within a couple of months.
