Scope of project:

● Development and implementation of a new Project administration Process, based on PMI methodology

● Development, supervision, and following of a company´s Project to ensure sales for over 1.5 million USD for 2021.

● Training in the use of the project management process as well as in the use of MS Project for 200 employees

● Security assessments for finding opened ports, vulnerabilities, and flaws to reinforce the security of the OS and commonly used applications

● Design and deploy safe network infrastructure using Cat. 6 STP cable on 8 locations.

● Coordination of development and implementation for an API to connect a sales force handheld system into the company´s ERP -through a Java application using VPN on 30 mobile devices.

● Development, deployment, and training of Cyber Security policies. 

● Connect and run endpoints over SD-WAN on 13 locations to a the central office.

● Development and implementation of a corporate Ciber security strategy.

Activities:

● Coordinate LAN Infrastructure construction for Network (Cisco Switching, WIFI, ASA Firewall, and Fortinet), VoIP (NEC), Video Surveillance (NVR and Storage, NEC), and Access control (HID)

● Architecture and deployment of Data Center equipment (Storage NetApp, Server HP Proliant, Fortinet proxy, load balancer) and applications (Windows server 2008 R2, VMware, Active Directory, Office 365)

● Administration of RSA SecureID, VPN Token appliance system.

● Administration and use of SharePoint.

● Installation, configuration, and user/client administration of Siemens Mockup license server.

● Administrated a Warehouse control system running with MySQL.

● Configured IP Tables for user restriction, VLAN segmentation, Fiber Optic Ring configuration over Layer 3.

Achievements:

● Sub-contractor trusted with 200,000 USD for deploying network infrastructure on Social Security hospitals on Guanajuato municipality.

● Implementation of optic fiber on a government building in the Irapuato municipality.

Activities:

● Lead Initial office automation services and network infrastructure,

● Network deployment with Cisco technologies (Catalyst Access, Core Switching, WiFi, and Network Monitoring with Netscout appliance).

● Administration of analog-digital Panasonic PBX.

● Implementation and administration of Cisco VoIP Server, physical IP Phones, and Soft-phones.

● Network Monitoring, change control administration, Cable Management, Physical environmental monitoring (Heat, humidity, water leakage) with net bots, UPS administration with APC.
