In charge of the training area and the Productivity of a sewing plant, following up on various metrics such as plant efficiency, efficiency of the Training area, Success of the graduate staff, validation of the conditions of the sewing machinery, process support of improvement of the Engineering area, rotation of the training area, assurance of the balance of the plant, compliance with service level, compliance with quality standards, support in action plans for customer complaints, responsible for maintaining the 5s and Compliance with security regulations.

Under my supervision I had over 35 operators of industrial machinery, being responsible for complying with the weekly production schedule, as well as compliance with TPM activities, process control, control and monitoring of predictive/corrective plans, as well as monitoring of staff training.
Other Functions: Responsible for compliance with the pertinent production indicators of my line such as:

• Output
• Water Yield
• Production cost
• Packaging shrinkage
• Utilization and Efficiency of my Line. CO2 and Nitrogen
• Operational Shutdown and Mechanical Shutdown
• Syrup Consumption and Loss

• Supervise Quality, responsible for monitoring and controlling the quality parameters of the plant
• Analyst certified by Coca Cola Company
• Sensorial panelist certified by Coca Cola Company
• Release the product from the syrup room before being sent to the line
• Approve or reject the production if it complies or not with what is established
• Report weekly the efficiency of the lines in the established indicators

1-Create import and export documentation, determine the content of the cargo and classify the goods into different tariff groups or tariffs.
2- Advised clients on transportation and payment methods.
3- Negotiated and arranged transport of goods with shipping or freight companies.
4- Create loading plan documents, cargo cleaning inspections and transportation processes.
