- Beyond that I oversaw the ordering of supplies for three clinics in the building, help train all the new aides, oversaw the POCs, developed a tracking system so that we would stay compliant with Medicare guidelines as far as POCs
- As the CPO (certified pool operator) I cleaned the physical therapy pool weekly and did the cleaning for the county 120-day inspection
- I also supervised the aides that I trained to succeed me when I was no longer able to do the cleaning
