- Work at Ground Zero also included emergency construction such as the Vesey Street pedestrian bridge needed to assure safety of pedestrians crossing between PATH station and World Financial Center.

- Managed construction projects of various sizes and complexity and State/Consultant resources for construction inspection and design support
- Project types included bridge rehabilitation and replacement, pedestrian bridges, emergency response, paving, facility maintenance, marine construction, and parks construction
