May not be an award but have been to sister sites to help them in their own progress.
Been to other sister sites and helped them grow with the progress we made through trial and error. I feel Ive been beneficial to our site and have helped throughout the growing years. I was hired at the plant when it still didnt have all the roof on yet and have been there since. I look forward to a new environment with a lot to learn and grow as a person and as an associate and hope to be an asset to the group and team as well.
