• Gather and properly dispose of trash and recyclables
• Daily floor maintenance and monthly stripping, waxing, and buffing
• Full cleaning and re-stocking of public, as well as staff, restrooms
• Clean windows and inspect for damage
• Vacuum carpeted areas and dust all furniture
• Daily maintenance of offices, storage rooms
• Stairwells, and all common areas
• Dust and polish all furniture as needed
• Daily building inspections, record findings, and reporting all findings to supervisor
• Snow removal, tile repair, lighting repair, loading & unloading of service delivery trucks
• SUPERVISORY
• Supervision and support to a cleaning team of 7 professionals
• Conduct indoor and perimeter safety inspections and record findings
• Full maintenance and light repair of offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Assess and address customer and employee grievances applying situation appropriate solutions
• WAREHOUSE
• Inspect interior and perimeter maintenance projects
• Drive forklift and oversee material moving tasks in warehouse
• Shipping and receiving operations
• Completion of building repairs in a timely manner to ensure soundness of building structure
• Approval of business and customer correspondence
