Provide advanced life support and emergency medical care in a high-volume 911 system. Perform patient assessments, cardiac monitoring, medication administration, advanced airway management, and rapid-sequence-intubation as a NYS certified and nationally registered Paramedic. Provide clinical leadership on emergency scenes, train and orient new EMTs and Paramedics, and have extensive experience on patient care documentation. I have also been on our agencies QA/QI committee since June 2023.

Provide rapid bedside assessment and acute care to skilled nursing facility patients in collaboration with emergency physicians through telemedicine. Utilize cardiac monitoring, point-of-care laboratory testing, and diagnostic imaging to identify and treat acute conditions with the goal of preventing unnecessary hospital transfers or stabilizing patients prior to EMS arrival. Coordinated ongoing care with primary care providers, nursing staff, patients, and families, including referrals to hospice and other specialty services.
