In my current position, my employer employees many low skilled employees to fill positions our client requires. I also work with executives, management and staff that run the company and direct me on resources they need. Coming up with solutions that the staff will use and satisfy management within a budget is always a challenge. I have worked for a software company specializing in the Moving and Storage & Waste Hauling industry and traveled through out USA. I have worked for a waste hauling company that grew and was eventually purchased by a national waste hauler. I have worked for a non-profit specializing in service to special needs adults. For most of my career I have worked for a business services company that provides contract services in Transportation, Security, Janitorial, Parking and Property & Facility Management. Throughout my career I have had to interact with people from various backgrounds and skills in order to achieve my work assignments.
