  • Make sure everyone does there job safely and complies to OSHA. Also won a award for Safety Excellence in 2022 for having a 100% on our safety scorecard.

  • I would assist other branches when needed during peak periods or special projects. I also went to a few acquisitions to help train the new employees.

  • Monitored financial performance of the branch on a monthly basis. We have grown our EBIDTA ratio and dollars every year since I have been the branch manager. Also, won an award in the first full year of being the branch manager for growing the most EBIDTA dollars over plan in my region.
