Currently in the position of safety chair of the site responsible for ensuring training, OSHA policy adherence, and site maintenance across all departments. Train new chemists in the production team, ensure comprehension and quality of skills by team members, and provide feedback to team lead, supervisor, and manager for continual process improvement. Prepare and sample organic compound mixes of varying complexities. Substantial contribution to products made with a majority quantity prepared and 95% quality control pass rate. Proficiency with Citrix data system and troubleshooting. Expansive research across multiple subjects for safety improvement processes.

Assist in foundation of new laboratories across the industry, training staff chemists in-house and when aiding new laboratories. Continual process, safety, and quality control improvements to guarantee the highest level of analytical accuracy possible, to 10 ppb. Maintain numerous instruments and equipment. Prepare new analytical methods for ICP-OES unit. Perform interviews, travel abroad to study and utilize techniques and technologies observed. Hands-on contributions for samples at all stages from collection to final analysis and data review.

Provide daily site balance calibration checks. Ensure accuracy of SOPs and Quality Guidelines. Review, edit, and improve SOPs, forms, and documents. Participate in Quality Control laboratory meetings, to understand and share weekly team goals to QA lead. Assist in ISO 9001 audits.
