I have expanded the Greenwood mall location to record numbers, turning a 1.2 million dollar store into a 2 million dollar store. We have built the reputation, build relationships and trust, performed beyond and above for all our customers needs and wants. I have restaffed with one of the best technician staffs in the country. I assist daily with multiple locations, training employees, the day to day operations and sharing my success to other teammates in every form. I have more aspirations to become a bigger piece of an organization. I have hired over 1000 plus people in my career, trained 2k, ran multiple stores and locations, went in restaffed, trained and built existing struggling stores and generally every store I attach myself has a strong reputation and a positive outlook in the community. • I'm six short months I've taken a 75$k store into a 155k monthly store while retaining one of the highest reputations, ratings and reviews from customers in the process.

• I began as an assistant manager at the Creasy Lafayette, Indiana location in April 2016.
• The store was a 10,000 dollar a month store, after a few months under my hard work and dedication it became a 60,000 store consecutively.
• I was then promoted as store manager and took over the castle ton, Indiana store.
• After a couple months I was given 86th and ditch.
• Just a few months in I had restored this store and made it better.
