As a Production Technician at Boise Cascade, I operated and monitored production equipment used in the manufacturing of wood products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. My responsibilities included inspecting materials for quality, assisting with production and assembly processes, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following company safety and operating procedures. The position required attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting daily production and quality goals.

I played college baseball for three years where I learned how to work effectively with teammates in critical situations. Playing baseball while in school taught me how to develop strong communication and leadership skills.
