Deacon
Serve as Deacon at the traditional service each Sunday. Also at special services, I.e. Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Christmas Day, etc. Also, funerals and weddings.
In charge of the Pastoral Care Committee. We arrange visits for our members in the hospital, assisted living, and shut-in at home. Arrange for special needs, I.e. meals and transportation to medical appointments, etc. Send out birthday cards, Anniversary cards, and Christmas cards, and get well and sympathy cards for the congregation.
Serve on the Local Outreach Committee. We assist church members with personal needs and also assist local organizations and individuals recommended to us.
Perform a service every Wednesday at Carteret Lading for their residents Also perform a monthly service at Ekklesia.
