East Assembly TL

Perform daily start-ups for equipment/tooling; create daily work schedule; defect tracking; FMDS board activities; work with management on HYP concerns; work with team to establish efficient standardized work and kaizen processes.

Torque/Confirmation TL

Develop processes to maintain inspection torque integrity. Monitoring out of spec torque alarms and working with tooling group to prevent/contain lower inspection torques. Perform repairs for Offline Confirmation. TVECS, C-BEST writes, fluid fills and part replacement.

Assembly Pilot TL

Developing processing for upcoming model launches; working with design to ensure conforming parts for future models; approve packaging and work with Internal Logistics for part deliveries; work with Production Engineering and TEMA for process equipment, tooling and pokayokes. Creating standardized work, equipment back-up procedures.

• Enhanced system performance with the installation and configuration of advanced control panels, circuit breakers, and transformers.
• Installation/troubleshooting industrial motor controls, programmable logic controllers
• Distribute temporary power panels/transformers for job sites
• Conduit bending, wire raceway instillations, welding fabrications
• Blueprint/wire diagrams
