· Maintained sales numbers of $15,000+ daily, consistently exceeding sales goals for most weeks.
· Managed $10,000+ of inventory while creating relationships with vendors to aid in contract negotiations for future orders.
· Handled employee scheduling and labor, where I was able to catch and edit improper punch-ins/outs from some employees, resulting in better labor cost numbers throughout the season.
