Its mostly home styled cooking since I've never get to experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen. I cook by using my head, by the past observations I've seen through work, how much heat should be applied, how to use a knife, which spices to use, different types of cooking methods, but usually I cook only for the comforting feeling of satisfying my stomach. Im not that complicated with my cooking either because of the lack of kitchen utensils and ingredients due to me saving up money for future contingencies and culinary school.
