As team leader with Equipter, I am responsible for providing our assembly line

with completed parts to build heavy construction equipment.I need to keep accurate inventory of parts used and place orders to our purchasing department. I need to stay ahead of assembly by preassembling the parts they will need.We build the equipment from the ground up,including starter assemblies,wiring harnesses,and engines.

• I provided driving services for the Amish community in and around Lancaster County. My responsibilities included scheduling, route planning, and driving.

• My responsibilities were painting:interior and exterior wayfinding signage.
• Most of my time was spent on interior painting, and color matching for customer approvals.
• I was also involved in fabricating specific types of unique signs,then shipping them.
• I spent time in most phases of product completion,from selecting materials to fabrication, prep, silk screening, and shipping.

• My responsibilities as the owner/operator were many. Our work included large and small residential, commercial, and custom work.
• This included reading blueprints, purchasing materials,hiring qualified employees,and training new employees.
• I was responsible for all estimating, scheduling, and customer relations to complete each project.
