Run a Service department of 18 Techs, 4 Service Advisors, 1 Foreman, and 1 Facility Maintenance Coordinator. Daily reporting of business KPI's, OT, and attendance approvals for all of the service staff. Report out to senior leadership on KPI's and P&L misses / gains on a daily basis. Annual Reviews for the entire staff as well as PIP improvement plans when needed. Work with the Sales and Parts department on any areas of concern and to keep an open line of communication within the dealership. Back Order Production meetings held daily to ensure the parts department is aware of any parts issue's on every RO. Handle customer complaints through Medallia and Google, as well as any in person complaints
that my staff could not rectify.
