● Led the development & deployment of the Department of Defense’s enterprise-wide IT system for all security cooperation activities across the world.
● Designed, build, & staffed first ever Department of Defense Counterterrorism Partnership Program Office—a $1.3B initiative for Counter-illicit drug trafficking; Counter-transnational organized crime; Maritime/border security; & operations/activities contributing to international coalition operations.

● Led the Pentagon’s $800M economic task force in Afghanistan—directed 300 staff & all operationsreduced violence, enhanced security, & stabilized economy.

● Managed 30 projects across multiple locations overseas (budget/staff/resources); met program goals under budget, returned $11M to USG.

Directed all IT, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Budgeting and Acquisitions, and overseas operations, managing 6 direct reports with a staff of 300 and a $125M budget.
