Additional Qualifications and Background Knowledge.

  • I have worked in Crowd Control on a part time basis now for over 18 years. My experience and knowledge of having proper communication skills has helped me in understanding basic Human needs when it comes to helping people in the entertainment industry, such as the one we are in. Our dedicated fans and Patriots come to our venues for one simple reason, to be entertained, respected and cared for so that their experience is fulfilling for both the fans and the staff taking care of them. They spend their hard earned dollars to have a good time, hassle free and fun.
  • I have learned over the years that people want to be treated the same way we would want to be treated and our families would want to be treated. If we approach all events with that frame of mind, all of us will enjoy a fun filled evening. It's all about the fan experience in our business.
  • I have to add that having had a permanent Pistons position for the last 6 1/2 years on the NE corner to the Pistons Floor has been a rewarding experience for me. I have made good relationships with our fans and I have not missed one Pistons game throughout that whole time frame. An accomplishment that I will continue to fulfill if given that same position moving forward with Olympia Entertainment.
  • Thanks you
