· Conducted over 1,200 funerals for military service members.

· Temporary supervisor, during the absence of the supervisor, ensuring operations continue as normal.

· Assisted in the training of over 100 active service members and around 250 VSO members.

· Transitioned to supervisor's assistant in February 2022 and started assisting with all duties related to supervisor's position.

· Recruited over 50 augmentees, resulting in several of them becoming full-time employees.

· Took on the role as Trainer for the western side of the state, resulting in overall performance of Honors improving.

· Hosted a Level 1 course for 12 service members with a 50% pass rate, ensuring the National standard was upheld, resulting in a 100% pass rate in the Level 2 course.

· Assisted with team-level day-to-day operations, closing AAR, coordinating, and scheduling for funerals.

• Directed and supervised a team of 20 employees in daily operations with no complaints.
• Maintained all office duties, records of employee performance, attendance, leave requests, disciplinary actions, and payroll of over 50 employees.
• Repaired and maintained tracks and vehicles of 4 locations.
• Resolved customer complaints in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conducted daily OSHA inspections, ensuring maximum safety for team members and public safety.
