Worked closely with engineers to provide test parts and panels to further the development of composite manufacturing for aerospace. Typical operations would include the disassemble and reassembly of various looms in order to complete setup operations prior to the manufacture of test parts. During the manufacture of test part, we also develop processes to be later used in the creation of work instructions. Quality and Safety being in the forefront of all operations to help maintain AS9100 required standards.

• Sanded and buffed vehicles to prepare for painting or repair work.
• Replaced damaged body panels with new or recycled OEM parts.
• Disassembled and reassembled vehicle components as necessary during repairs.
• Inspected completed jobs for quality control purposes prior to releasing vehicles back to customers.
• Assisted in maintaining a clean workspace by sweeping floors and disposing of hazardous materials properly.

• Maintained high standards of customer service during high-volume work shifts and fast-paced operations.
• Performed opening and closing duties such as restocking supplies and cleaning work areas at the end of shift.
• Sanitized and kept work areas tidy by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors, removing trash and maintaining machinery.
