Summary

I have a wide range of experience in construction management/inspection and construction material quality control and materials production spanning over 30 years. I have experience in both on-site field construction materials testing and quality control, and laboratory materials testing standards and procedures. I have performed numerous tests on soils, aggregates, asphalt concrete pavement, Portland cement concrete pavement, and embankment sampling and testing on various transportation and building projects in and around New Mexico. In addition to materials sampling and testing, I also have experience in various forms of non-destructive concrete testing, as well as site investigations. I am very knowledgeable in the proper procedures set forth by governing agencies, including Los Alamos National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratory for materials sampling and testing in administration contracts, specifications, and plan interpretation. In addition to the above duties, I have been involved in all aspects of construction management including specification and plan review, as-built drawings, cost estimating, subcontract management, safety program oversight, and site inspection.
