Joseph Cronin

I started this Job by going through AMTAP starting in January of 2020. After AMTAP, I was assigned to the production floor in CCA. In the fall of 2020 I started working in the Harness shop and have been working here ever since.

For the majority of the time I worked here I was the only employee. At times during work days i would be the only employee in the shop so I was tasked with receiving incoming work from customers and shops that we worked with. From there I had to inspect the work coming in, inventory parts that we had on the shelf and communicate with my boss on what parts were needed to ensure that the job could be completed within the timeline our customers expect.

• Assembled components with minimal supervision, exceeding expected deadlines.
• Completed durable assemblies and subassemblies with hand and power tools.
• Conducted quality assurance inspections on finished components and identified issues.
• Followed outlined specifications to implement assembly plans.
