• Administers FactoryWorks and related manufacturing applications by creating Trip Tickets, products, masks, tools, EDC plans, measurement specifications, and product uploads in support of daily operations.
• Supports user access and account lifecycle activities including new account creation, password resets, archiving of user accounts, and ongoing maintenance of Jira and Confluence user access.
• Creates, peer reviews, and uploads Trip Tickets, masks, products, and new tools to final environments while maintaining data accuracy, process compliance, and operational continuity.
• Troubleshoots FactoryWorks, FMC, and related application issues; coordinates with internal teams to resolve system, account, and workflow problems affecting users and production support.
• Updates tool attributes in FMC and the tool attribute database, ensuring controlled configuration management and accurate system records.
• Uses applications including FMC (FactoryWorks Management Console), Crystal Reports, Eyelit, X-Site, Product and Mask Upload Application, and Trip Ticket Creator to support engineering and manufacturing workflows.

• Develop and execute project plans aligned with customer requirements to support engineering development, manufacturing, and calibration, including engineering breadboards, systems, LRUs/sub-assemblies, spares, capital acquisition or rental, and storage of materials and equipment. This is accomplished via manual and computerized production, inventory, and material control systems. Review input/output data for accuracy, executing corrections when required. Serve as Team Lead to communicate requirements and manage tasks of classified personnel.
• Prepare project requirements and schedules using production, inventory, and material control systems. Correlate information from various sources, with respect to availability, specification, delivery requirement, lead time, capacity, inventory levels, and lot sizing. Analyze planned factory attrition costs and coordinate recommendations with operations, engineering, and materials personnel. Execute corrections to meet cost and schedule requirements.
• Execute processes and deliver status to leadership. Prepare schedules aligned with system breakdowns and sub-assembly operations. Analyze changes to requirements to assess the impact to cost, schedules, and project lifecycle. Reconcile schedule changes to ensure valid requirements generation for the project. Develop and communicate methods of resolving priority/capacity issues to leadership.
• Review and analyze new orders and schedule delays. Resolve problems affecting engineering development and production, taking appropriate action to resolve conflicting conditions and understand impacts to Enterprise Resource Planning processes and systems. Apprise leadership of status and recommended solutions. Maintain an awareness of schedules to ensure timely authorization for the procurement of critical purchased and self-manufactured items.
• Develop plans and requirements into specific tasks. Deliver training to classified personnel on procedures, techniques, principles, and practices. Using Infopak, develop and deliver training material to personnel. Monitor the status of tasks performed by classified personnel and implement necessary improvements.
• Deliver status on project production, scheduling, cost to stakeholders. Participate in configuration control board meetings to determine engineering change notice break-in points. Analyze engineering input/output to determine impact to configuration, price, and delivery. Communicate to stakeholders the necessary actions for solutions.
• Receive, evaluate, and validate requirements for internal/external orders. Process requires thorough knowledge of systems, modules, and user functionality. Analyze orders for accuracy and resolve issues. Develop and enter schedules and status on databases. Execute order and distribute status reports for the process lifecycle.

• Degauss or disintegrate and recycle any memory sensitive materials.
• Quality control on sellable item in our inventory to post on the company’s eBay account. Package and ship all items sold.

• Offered expertise in inventory management and current stock levels to internal teams and customers to facilitate accuracy and product availability.
