  • Act as the primary architect in collaborating with seven student affairs professional associations to establish an entirely new 501c6 organization to support and strengthen the student affairs profession and individual professionals through a robust certification program
  • Lead all aspects of the organization’s establishment, growth, and operations including developing governance structure, bylaws, policies, and procedures; managing $1.3M budget; formulating website, branding, and marketing strategy; and overseeing certification management system selection, implementation, and operations
  • Serve as the key spokesperson to ensure program visibility through participating in physical and virtual programs; authoring chapters and thought pieces; evolving partnerships with external associations; engaging with diverse constituencies and stakeholders to advocate for certification within the field; and increasing opportunities for program access and expansion
  • Advise and assist the Board of Directors in formulating policies for the organization and ensure it meets all fiduciary, financial, legal, and human resource requirements
