During my internship at United Airlines, I focused on creating optimization reports to modify or eliminate maintenance tasks, streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, I conducted extensive task card validations to support the team's transition to the new software, EPIC, to ensure accuracy and compliance with the updated system. Mainly, I worked with and familiarized myself with the B777, and the B737 MAX planes.
